Cepheid, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist to lead end-to-end tendering and contract activities for Spain. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, competitive outcomes aligned with corporate strategy and regulations.

The role may be performed remotely within Spain, reporting to the Director of Tenders & Commercial Contracts EMEA. Travel may be required occasionally as part of collaboration across regions.

Formación

• Experience managing tenders and contracts end-to-end in regulated environments.
• Strong commercial and compliance acumen, including public procurement processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for international operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tenders and commercial contracts for Spain.
• Advise Sales and cross-functional teams on pricing and procurement requirements.
• Drive process improvements using DBS and Lean/Kaizen principles.
