Formación

• 4–7+ years in technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge bases is essential.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level technical assistance to customers.
• Troubleshoot complex product issues and collaborate with teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal runbooks.
