Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join the Unified Support team in Barcelona. You will provide expert-level technical assistance across SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborating with engineering to drive issue resolution.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficient with SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, scripting, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to complex inbound technical service requests by phone and email.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotation.
• Create and maintain internal runbooks and technical docs.
• Log issues and updates in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on long-term solutions.
• Support multiple cloud and hardware solutions.
• Assist with webservers and databases (Apache, IIS, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understand client business objectives to resolve issues timely.
