Formación

• 4-7+ years in technical support or solutions engineering required.
• Experience with relevant stack: SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level technical assistance and support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems across software and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal runbooks.
