Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to act as a technical authority for complex cloud and ERP-integrated challenges. You will own escalations across Azure, AWS, and ERP environments, lead incident response, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilience and customer experience.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, multi-cloud integrations, and documented RCA-driven improvements in a fast-paced, global setting, with a strong focus on customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cloud support engineering or related roles.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS cloud solutions.
• SQL/database knowledge: MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Apache, IIS.
• Strong API and cloud service troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/RCA.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced global environments.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Azure/AWS services.
• Support hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises integrations.
• Lead critical incident response and bridge calls.
• Diagnose outages and performance issues using logs.
• Troubleshoot ERP and SAP integrations ensuring data flows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, ERP, and vendor teams.
• Maintain documentation and mentor junior engineers.
