Ingram Micro Espana seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join Unified Support. You will provide expert-level assistance on complex product issues, acting as a trusted advisor across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

You will work with cloud services, databases, and APIs, resolving issues efficiently while contributing to process improvements and runbooks. A strong customer-first mindset and fluent English are essential.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, scripting, cloud services, or networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, clear communication under pressure, and customer-first mindset.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) and knowledge bases.
• English fluency; willingness to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to complex inbound technical service requests by phone and email.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering on bugs, fixes, and feature requests.
• Create and maintain internal runbooks and technical documentation.
• Lead incident response and participate in on‑call rotation.
