H3C is a Madrid-based Solution Engineer role serving as the technical lead for key account projects. The ideal candidate will guide and support large-scale ICT initiatives, collaborating with account sales to promote H3C products and solutions in the local market.

The role requires 5+ years in presales or related technical work, strong cross-functional communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Presales or related technical role.
• Proven experience leading and supporting major ICT projects.
• Familiarity with Campus/ Data Center networks, WAN, Wi‑Fi, HCI, switches, storage, cloud, security and 5G.
• Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical lead for specific customer projects.
• Drive the introduction of H3C products and solutions in the local market from a technical standpoint.
• Lead investigation and analysis of customer ICT network infrastructures.
• Assess market competition through deep-dive comparisons of products.
• Collaborate with sales to develop product sales strategies and increase market share.
• Provide management with short- and long-term product sales forecasts and technical analyses.
• Maintain expertise through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• Provide expert-level technical training to client users and develop technical proposals.
