VOICEB.ai in Barcelona seeks a senior Implementation & CS engineer to own onboarding for enterprise clients, including CRM integrations, telephony, and agent configuration.

You will lead multi-market rollouts, monitor live performance, troubleshoot issues, drive optimization, ensure security/compliance, and mentor the team.

Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus. This hybrid role offers Barcelona office access and ownership of strategic accounts with direct lines to product and engineering.

Formación

• 4+ years in implementation engineering or solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or AI company
• Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations; telephony experience a strong plus
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus

We build autonomous AI voice agents that close and qualify sales for large B2C enterprises — telcos, energy providers, insurers, banks. Our agents already run live inside companies like Vodafone España and Holaluz, and we're mid-rollout across an 8-market European deployment with Alpega/Teleroute. We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product.

The role

Our Implementation & CS team takes an enterprise client from signed contract to a live, performing AI voice agent — and keeps it performing. We're looking for a senior addition to that team: someone who can own the technical side of a rollout (CRM, telephony, agent configuration) and be the person the client trusts, end to end, on our most complex accounts.

What you'll do

• Own technical onboarding for enterprise clients: CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), telephony (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC), and agent configuration
• Configure and tune voice agent flows using our Goal / Script / Guardrails / Objections / Data Collection framework
• Be the senior technical point of contact on our most complex, multi-market rollouts
• Monitor live performance against outcome metrics, troubleshoot issues, drive continuous optimization post-launch
• Own security and compliance requirements for regulated enterprise accounts
• Help set the technical bar and mentor the rest of the Implementation & CS team as it grows

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in implementation engineering, technical customer success, or solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or AI company
• Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations; telephony experience a strong plus
• Equally comfortable reading logs and running a client call
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus
• Experience owning a multi-market or multi-account rollout end to end

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, voice, or conversational products
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, telco, energy)
