Vonage, a global cloud communications leader, seeks a Technical Account Manager in Madrid to drive platform adoption and revenue growth for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You’ll blend deep API knowledge with strategic partner management, guiding customers through CPaaS architectures and delivering measurable ROI.

Fluent English is required, with German or French a plus; you’ll lead QBRs, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to ensure

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar, with a technical customer-facing background.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Strong API / CPaaS knowledge and experience with enterprise accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts and build multi-threaded relationships.
• Review integrations, advise on best practices across Vonage’s product portfolio.
• Lead QBRs, identify risks, and collaborate to resolve complex challenges.
• Own revenue growth and forecasts for your book of business.
• Develop outcome-driven success plans aligned to customer objectives.
