Labhouse, a Barcelona-based startup studio, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Marketing. You will partner closely with founders to understand each role and deliver a sharp, human candidate experience from first touch to offer.

This hands-on role requires the ability to find talent others can’t, leveraging a strong network in tech and product, with high autonomy and ownership.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech startups.
• Proven track record hiring for technical and digital roles.
• Owns full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Uncovers passive candidates and niche profiles.
• Strong professional network in tech and product ecosystem.
• High autonomy and ownership; AI-native approach.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand each role.
• Deliver a sharp, human candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Contribute to employer branding, onboarding, retention, and culture.
• Scale with the team and apply AI tools to improve sourcing and selection.
