Strada is seeking a Senior Associate to join our People, Payroll and Technology Solutions team to support payroll execution and data management for international clients, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Role involves Sweden payroll processes, handling statutory reporting, year-end activities, and responding to client inquiries, with collaboration across services and regions.

Requirements include 2–3 years in Swedish payroll, fluency in Swedish and English, and experience with HRIS like

• 2–3 years of Swedish payroll administration experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation, tax regulations, social security requirements, and statutory reporting.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Independently process payroll end-to-end per the processing calendar and KPIs.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries/issues using payroll expertise and country-specific knowledge.
