Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking a Transformation Manager to own end-to-end initiatives within the Transformation Office, reporting to CSTO. You will translate strategy into action, secure executive commitment, and deliver realized value across a growing portfolio.

Responsibilities include governing initiatives, tracking KPIs/OKRs, and coordinating with stakeholders to align budgets, risks, and architectures while driving AI-enabled delivery improvements. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex transformation or large-scale change initiatives in technology or operations.
• End-to-end delivery track record — mandate to measurable outcome, using Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without formal authority.
• Solid financial and analytical skills — build a business case, track value, and base decisions on data rather than intuition.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in AI changing IT delivery and economics.
• A degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes, not just delivery plans; ensure benefits realized on time and budget.
• Translate ambiguity into an executable plan with defined scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Make governance work by running steering committees and producing actionable materials.
• Be accountable for KPIs/OKRs and benefits realization; report progress to senior leadership.
• Manage risk and interdependencies; surface issues early and keep documentation audit-ready.
• Align execution with target architecture and cross-initiative sequencing with stakeholders.
• Lead change; plan and execute communication, training, and adoption to ensure transformation sticks.
• Own budget and resourcing with transparency on spend, forecast, and value delivered.
• Shape how AI is applied in practice across the transformation portfolio.
• Contribute to portfolio-level analysis and evolution of transformation methodology.
