Cushman & Wakefield is recruiting a Senior Consultant for the Communications, Marketing & Innovation team within Asset Services in Madrid. You will drive strategic and transformation projects across a portfolio of approximately 35 shopping centres, coordinating internal teams, centres, suppliers, and partners to deliver value.

Qualificações

• Professional with at least 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or project management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (C1) spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects in areas such as Customer Experience, marketing, communications, innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation, and translate them into concrete and actionable initiatives.
• Structure projects by defining objectives, scope, workplans, stakeholders, resources, and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal teams, shopping centres, suppliers, and specialised partners, ensuring projects progress according to plan and agreed objectives are met.
