Strategy&, part of the PwC network, is seeking a Full-Time Senior Associate to work with clients across industries, identifying major issues, developing hypotheses, and turning insights into actionable strategies. You will join the home team base and collaborate on a range of projects spanning various sectors.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience from strategy consultancy, showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement
• Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English as well as Spanish are required

Responsabilidades

• Identify the major issues that the client is facing throughout projects
• Generate hypotheses against those issues and structure analyses
• Perform analyses and identify creative but pragmatic options
• Develop conclusions and make strategic recommendations
• Develop plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy
