Strategy& in Barcelona seeks a Full-Time Senior Associate to work with clients through all stages of consulting projects, identifying major issues, formulating hypotheses, structuring analyses, and operationalizing recommendations. You will join the home team base and collaborate across industries such as Deals/Private Equity, CIPS, Energy, Operations, Health & Pharma, and TICE.

• Work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying issues, generating hypotheses, structuring and performing analyses, developing pragmatic options and conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and developing plans to operationalize the strategy.
• Join the home team base and work across multiple industries including Deals/Private Equity, CIPS, Energy, Utilities, Operations, Health and Pharma, and TICE.
• Apply strong analytical and creative problem-solving approaches to client challenges, while maintaining a focus on delivering impact and value.
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in client engagements and team collaboration.

Role

Full-Time Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy. You will join the home team base and work across a variety of industries such as the following:

• Deals/Private Equity
• Consumer and Industrial Products and Services (CIPS)
• Energy, Chemicals and Utilities
• Operations
• Health and Pharma
• Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment (TICE)
