The Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solving complex client challenges and driving strategic decisions across industries and geographies.

You will lead workstreams, communicate insights, and travel on-site as needed. A minimum of 5 years' experience and an advanced degree or equivalent are required, along with strong analytical and multilingual communication skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with proven team management and strategy implementation.
• Advanced degree or exceptional work experience beyond a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams to solve client challenges across industries and geographies.
• Craft in-depth data analyses using advanced tools to drive hypothesis generation.
• Communicate insights to steer decisions and oversee change with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead workstreams autonomously, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Travel as required to collaborate with clients on-site.
