Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior site reliability engineers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will run or review production incidents and contribute to blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.

This fully remote, flexible part-time role offers $80/hour for 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years as SRE or on-call lead and exceptional documentation skills across runbooks, SLO reports, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on-call engineering lead.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless postmortems and root‑cause analyses.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and review blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses.
• Contribute to on-call runbooks, severity and escalation write-ups, and SLO/error-budget reports.
• Create and maintain reliability decks and remediation action-item trackers.
