Ethos is seeking experienced IT risk and assurance managers to help train a cutting-edge language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on governance, risk, and compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks, delivering high-quality artifacts across organizations.

Competenze

• 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, IT audit, or information security compliance with direct ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST work.
• Experience writing or reviewing risk assessments, control matrices, and vendor security questionnaires against regulatory frameworks.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit readiness documentation, security risk assessment and control matrices, vendor security due diligence questionnaires, incident response and breach reports, policy/control mappings, and board-level dashboards.
• Prepare and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for audit readiness and risk reporting.
• Develop and maintain board-level security posture and risk dashboards across projects.
