Job summary

ADP is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to operate, optimize, and evolve our SAP platform that underpins GlobalView across multinational payroll and HR clients. You will drive performance, availability, and scalability while mentoring teams and shaping infrastructure decisions that affect thousands of businesses relying on ADP.

You will balance proactive improvements with hands-on problem solving, including capacity planning, incident leadership, and disaster recovery design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on SAP Basis administration with ECC and/or S/4HANA experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement SAP Basis and HANA landscapes including HA setups and DR configurations.
• Strong Linux administration, virtualization, networking, and storage fundamentals for SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, optimize, and evolve ADP's SAP platform supporting GlobalView clients.
• Lead incident response for critical production issues with RCA and permanent fixes.
• Design and test disaster recovery, high availability, and backup strategies.
