LeoVegas is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Sports to own features from exploration to delivery across multiple brands and markets. You will collaborate weekly with product managers, engineers, QA and market stakeholders, plan tests with Product Research, and mentor junior designers.

The role emphasizes end-to-end design, information architecture, and contributing to the design system, with a focus on scale and cross-market consistency. A hybrid work model in Málaga is offered.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing digital products end to end (UX, UI, IA).
• Expert in Figma for high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
• Proven experience contributing to design systems and components.
• You can explain design decisions clearly to product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Business-level English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of medium to large Sports features from exploration to delivery.
• Break down complex problems and guide designers and engineers to solutions.
• Set design direction and present it to product, engineering, market and brand stakeholders.
• Use information architecture and systems thinking to scale features across brands and markets.
• Contribute to the design system with brand-specific components.
• Plan tests with Product Research and use data to guide decisions.
• Onboard and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
