LeoVegas Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Sports to own the design of sports features from exploration through delivery across Sports Core Experience, Platform, Player Engagement and Betting for multiple brands and markets. You will shape features, guide designers and engineers, and apply information architecture to scale solutions across markets.

About The Role

A player can place a bet in a few seconds. Designing those few seconds well takes a lot longer. As a Senior Product Designer in Sports, you'll own the design of Sports features from first exploration through to delivery. Your work covers Sports Core Experience, Platform, Player Engagement and Betting, across every LeoVegas brand and market. Each market has its own needs. Your job is to make one feature work well for all of them.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Own the design of medium to large Sports features, from first exploration to delivery
• Break down complex design problems and lead designers and engineers to solve them
• Set the design direction for your features and present it to product, engineering, market and brand stakeholders
• Use information architecture and systems thinking so features handle edge cases and scale across brands and markets
• Contribute components and patterns to the design system, including brand-specific components with Commercial and Brand
• Plan tests with Product Research and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide your design decisions
• Onboard new designers and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Spot gaps in the Sports experience and ways of working, fix them, and **escalate the ones that reach beyond the area**
