LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group in Málaga is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Sports to own design from exploration to delivery across Core Experience, Platform, Player Engagement and Betting for multiple brands and markets. You will collaborate weekly with product managers, engineers and QA, run tests with Product Research, and align with market stakeholders.

Formación

• Deep experience designing digital products end to end, covering UX, UI, interaction design and information architecture.
• Expert in Figma.
• Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• You explain and defend design decisions clearly to product managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design of medium to large Sports features, from first exploration to delivery
• Break down complex design problems and lead designers and engineers to solve them
• Set the design direction for your features and present it to product, engineering, market and brand stakeholders
• Use information architecture and systems thinking so features handle edge cases and scale across brands and markets
• Contribute components and patterns to the design system, including brand-specific components with Commercial and Brand
• Plan tests with Product Research and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide your design decisions
• Onboard new designers and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Spot gaps in the Sports experience and ways of working, fix them, and escalate the ones that reach beyond the area
