LeoVegas is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Sports to own features from exploration to delivery across multiple brands and markets. You will collaborate weekly with product managers, engineers, QA and market stakeholders, plan tests with Product Research, and mentor junior designers.

The role emphasizes end-to-end design, information architecture, and contributing to the design system, with a focus on scale and cross-market consistency. A hybrid work model in Málaga is offered.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing digital products end to end (UX, UI, IA).
• Expert in Figma for high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
• Proven experience contributing to design systems and components.
• You can explain design decisions clearly to product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Business-level English communication is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A player can place a bet in a few seconds. Designing those few seconds well takes a lot longer. As a Senior Product Designer in Sports, you'll own the design of Sports features from first exploration through to delivery. Your work covers Sports Core Experience, Platform, Player Engagement and Betting, across every LeoVegas brand and market. Each market has its own needs. Your job is to make one feature work well for all of them.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers and QA every week. You'll plan and run tests with Product Research, shape market needs with market stakeholders, and build brand components with Commercial and Brand. You'll set the design direction for your features and explain the thinking behind it. You'll also onboard new designers and mentor junior and mid-level designers in the team.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Own the design of medium to large Sports features, from first exploration to delivery
• Break down complex design problems and lead designers and engineers to solve them
• Set the design direction for your features and present it to product, engineering, market and brand stakeholders
• Use information architecture and systems thinking so features handle edge cases and scale across brands and markets
• Contribute components and patterns to the design system, including brand-specific components with Commercial and Brand
• Plan tests with Product Research and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide your design decisions
• Onboard new designers and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Spot gaps in the Sports experience and ways of working, fix them, and escal… oust the ones that reach beyond the area

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Deep experience designing digital products end to end, covering UX, UI, interaction design and information architecture
• Expert in Figma
• Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems
• You explain and defend design decisions clearly to product managers, engineers and stakeholders
• Business-level English

NICE TO HAVES

• Knowledge of sports betting or iGaming
• Experience working with international teams and markets
