AVS Added Value Solutions is seeking a Lead Project System Architect (SmallSats) in Elgoibar, Guipúzcoa. You will lead technical decisions, manage the mission VCD baseline, and oversee the end-to-end system definition through launch, ensuring robust interfaces across Space, Ground, Launch, and User segments.

You will facilitate proposals, risk management, and configuration control while collaborating with international teams in a flexible hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Lead the technical aspects of proposal generation and risk management (FMEA/FDIR).
• Act as Design Authority for mission-level decisions and maintain the VCD baseline.
• Evolve system baseline from definition to launch with formal configuration control.
• Coordinate interdependencies across Space, Ground, Launch, and User Segments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical aspects of proposal generation, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• Act as the formal Design Authority for mission-level technical decisions.
• Establish and evolve the system technical baseline from definition through launch.
• Coordinate interfaces and data flow across mission ecosystem teams.
