ARQUIMEA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Systems Engineer/Technical Lead to drive avionics subsystem development for space applications. You will actively lead engineering activities across proposal, development, qualification, validation, and operation, serving as both Systems Engineer and Technical Lead.

You will define architectures, manage requirements, oversee V&V, monitor budgets, support procurement, and coordinate with international teams.

Formación

• Master's degree in telecommunication, electronics, aerospace engineering, or related field.
• +10 years of experience in space/aerospace/defense domains with at least 4 years in international projects.
• Experience as an embedded systems development engineer (HW/FW/SW) with data processing and IP networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development lifecycle of systems and software products across the project.
• Specify and analyze system requirements and derive subsystem requirements.
• Design functional, logical, and physical system architectures.
• Develop and oversee verification/validation plans per ECSS or equivalent.
• Lead the technical team and manage budgets, risks, and client liaison.
