Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a Lead Therapist to uphold luxury skincare standards and deliver advanced facial and body treatments. Reporting to the Spa Director, you will mentor colleagues, supervise aesthetics staff, and ensure seamless service delivery in a five‑star environment.

Formación

• National certification or license as an Aesthetician.
• 3–5 years as an aesthetician, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role in a luxury spa.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Deliver personalized, high‑quality facial, massage and body treatments and aesthetic services that exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Promote retail products with personalized skincare routines.
