Astek Iberia is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to join a leading travel technology company in Spain. The role focuses on accurate and timely billing, supporting revenue protection, audit compliance, and continuous service improvement.

You will work with business and technical teams to manage billing, resolve incidents, and optimize workflows. Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ experience, SAP expertise, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years supporting enterprise applications or billing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with billing operations and revenue-related processes.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily, monthly, and month-end billing activities.
• Monitor billing processes and investigate data inconsistencies, missing pricing information, and unusual transaction volumes.
• Generate billing documents and support integrations with finance systems.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex billing-related problems.
• Manage operational requests and route tasks to stakeholders.
• Support audit activities by providing billing evidence and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to service excellence.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders during issue resolution.

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Billing Operations Specialist to join a leading company in the travel technology sector. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of billing operations, supporting revenue protection, audit compliance, and continuous service improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to manage billing processes, resolve operational incidents, and contribute to the optimization of billing solutions and workflows.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute daily, monthly, and month-end billing activities.
• Monitor billing processes and investigate data inconsistencies, missing pricing information, and unusual transaction volumes.
• Generate billing documents and support integrations with finance systems.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with technical teams to investigate and resolve complex billing-related problems.
• Manage operational requests and ensure tasks are routed to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing billing evidence and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to service excellence initiatives.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders throughout issue resolution and operational activities.

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or billing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with billing operations, revenue-related processes, and business application support.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

Nice to have:

• Oracle Database and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Business Objects reporting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of FTP tools and file transfer processes.
