Honeywell Technologies in Badalona is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to help customers understand how technology solves complex business and quality challenges within Life Sciences. You will partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, design tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into measurable value, with monthly travel and English/Spanish fluency.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across Sales, Product and Delivery activities to ensure successful

Formación

Proven experience in Solution Engineering or similar customer-facing tech role.
Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences or pharmaceuticals.
Strong analytical and consultative skills to translate complex requirements.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with Account Executives to understand goals and gather insights.
Design and deliver customized demonstrations aligning with business needs.
Apply knowledge of Life Sciences and regulatory environments to ensure compliance.
Partner with Sales to define solution strategies for complex opportunities.
Work with Product Management to relay feedback and address gaps.
Share best practices and contribute to engineering processes.
