Bip Iberia in Barcelona invites an experienced Life Sciences Manager to join our expanding consulting team. You will oversee consulting projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage with senior clients across Europe, Americas, and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in consulting, strong Life Sciences knowledge, and fluent Spanish and English. We offer flexible hybrid work, professional development, and accelerated career paths.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting.
• General knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.
• University education and high proficiency in Spanish and English. Other languages are assets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact with high-level clients.
• Proactivity and concern for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and supervise consulting project execution.
• Prepare and present project results to stakeholders.
• Lead teams and manage client relationships.
