Nexthink seeks a Senior End User Experience Manager to lead and scale its global EUE team, owning the IT Workplace experience across devices, peripherals, and remote office infrastructure. You will drive adoption of Spark and an AI-powered ITSM platform, working closely with Engineering and Product to shape in-development solutions.

You will champion DEX as a discipline, ensure security/compliance, manage budgets, and influence stakeholders from engineering to executive leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on people management experience, ideally leading distributed/global teams.
• Experience managing IT end-user support or workplace technology functions at scale.
• Automation and AI-driven support tooling—eliminate manual work.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) as a discipline, with hands-on advocacy.
• Comfort working with in-development products with Engineering/Product teams and ambiguity.
• Strong analytical mindset with data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II frameworks; understanding end-user computing controls.
• ITIL certification.
• University degree.
• Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English (written and verbal).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global EUE team and own the end-to-end IT Workplace experience (devices, peripherals, remote office infra, etc.).
• Drive adoption of Spark and the AI-powered ITSM platform, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.
• Manage budget for tooling, vendor contracts, and team resourcing decisions.
• Ensure security and compliance are integrated into all processes; align with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards.
• Act as internal champion for Nexthink's DEX platform and gather operational insights to feed back into product.
• Report to Senior IT Director and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
