Nexthink is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of automation solutions that reduce manual effort and boost product velocity. You will lead the automation domain for a 30+ person Product group, guiding technical direction and execution with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.

You will design, develop, and operate automation workflows across systems, APIs, and cloud services, ensuring production readiness and scalable performance in a production

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Experience with Microservices frameworks; Micronaut is a plus.
• Bsc/Msc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with RESTful APIs and messaging systems like Kafka is valued.
• Familiar with Unit and integration tests.
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
• Docker and Kubernetes are a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, with good organizational skills.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

Job Description

At Nexthink, we are reimagining how the Product organization scales its impact. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and help Product teams deliver value to customers faster.

This role supports Nexthink’s Product organization, serving a group of 30+ people. You willoperatein a highly autonomous, foundational role, acting as the primary engineer responsible for the automation domain. You will own technical direction and execution, while partnering with stakeholders whoidentifyand prioritize automation opportunities.

The role requires strong engineering judgment, end-to-end ownership, and comfortoperatingindependently in a production environment withreal businessimpact.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and own advanced automation workflows and architectures, integrating systems through APIs and applying AI and LLM capabilities, using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AWS services, GitHub Actions, and more.

Qualifications
