BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. We’re expanding into the UK with a London office and are seeking a senior software engineer to help build scalable, high-quality software across our product stack.

You’ll drive impact by translating business requirements into product improvements, design robust systems, and mentor teammates in a culture of ownership and learning. Join us to help automate finance, procurement, logistics and more for large enterprises.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Passionate about software craftsmanship: Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Product thinking: Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and ultimately into code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: link your daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Ownership: take responsibility for your technical work, for the product we build and the team we shape.
• Team-oriented: proactively support team goals, close gaps.
• Abstraction and efficient communication: simplify complex systems, identify core concepts, communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Impact: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into possible improvements to our product.
• Build Great Software: Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software; conduct code reviews and uphold a culture of technical excellence.
• Shape Architecture: Collaborate on system design, stack decisions and optimizations for scalability and performance.
• Lead and Influence: Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members.
• Promote Innovation and Collaboration: Work with colleagues to improve processes, tools and team practices.
