Clio in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager, International to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team across multiple markets. You will guide technical strategy, drive delivery of the product roadmap, and mentor managers and ICs to scale software for international expansion.

You will collaborate with Product and Design, recruit top talent, and champion an inclusive, agile culture that delivers high-quality software at speed.

Formación

• Experienced engineering leader capable of growing a team of managers and ICs.
• Proven international SaaS experience across markets.
• Ability to guide technical strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Strong track record of scaling services and systems.
• Experience running agile organizations at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and individual contributors on the team.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to envision and execute the product roadmap.
• Drive recruitment and hiring to support Clio's international growth.
• Define and communicate technical strategy to ensure long-term health of systems.
