Clio, a leading legal AI technology company, is seeking a Staff Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. The role is available to candidates in Toronto, Dublin, and Barcelona, with a hybrid work setup and local in-office expectations.

You will write high-quality code, mentor others, and shape technical roadmaps while tackling complex SaaS challenges for distributed teams worldwide.

Formación

• Experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a technical stakeholder for multiple projects within your area of focus.
• Partnering with development managers in defining the technical roadmap for an area.
• Writing high quality and well-tested code.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on a peer's code, across teams.
• Teaching and learning from those around you, and taking feedback to grow.
