Clio is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager, International in Barcelona. You will lead and grow a team, drive technical strategy, and partner with product and design to expand into new markets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and delivering scalable software in a hybrid work environment. You will work with Engineering to shape roadmaps, mentor managers and engineers, and recruit top talent to support Clio's ambitious growth in international markets.

Formación

• Experienced engineering leader with expertise in spec-driven development and autonomous agents for development, testing and production
• Proven international SaaS experience navigating diverse regulatory systems and market practices
• Adept at making critical technical decisions to guide long-term system health
• Track record in scaling services and systems designed for scalability
• Skilled in mentoring high-performing teams and guiding professional growth
• Experience crafting long-term technical roadmaps for growth
• Experience running agile organizations at scale with urgency to deliver high-quality software
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion across large engineering organizations
• Growth mindset toward process improvement and new technologies including AI

Responsabilidades

• Roll up your sleeves and deep dive into technology and code to guide managers and developers on what's possible
• Lead a growing team focused on Clio's expansion into new international markets
• Define the technical strategy for innovative projects, including launching products in new markets globally
• Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with engineering managers and ICs
• Partner with Product Management and Product Design to envision, develop, and execute the product roadmap
• Collaborate with Recruiting/People to recruit and hire top talent for growth
