Clio seeks a Software Development Manager to join our Engineering team. This role is based in or near Dublin with a requirement to be in the office at least twice weekly.

You will lead a high-performing, technically hands-on team, coach engineers, and help craft scalable SaaS solutions with a focus on quality and collaboration. You will drive roadmap execution, participate in hiring, review code and architecture, and mentor engineers to grow both their technical and leadership capabilities.

Formación

• Proven leadership in software teams, especially large-scale SaaS.
• Strong hands-on software development background.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and retain engineers in a fast-paced market.
• Experience with AI/ML exposure a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with your triad to define the roadmap and align with business goals.
• Work with your team on designing robust technical solutions.
• Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and architecture decisions.
