Roche is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead architecture across native mobile, backend and cloud within PIxSW, including AI-augmented development lifecycle. You will shape designs, write decision records, and guide squads with hands-on prototyping as needed.

Based in Vienna, you’ll promote reusable blueprints, collaborate across mobile, cloud, and DevOps, and ensure audit-ready documentation in a safety-critical healthcare context.

Formación

• Proven track record designing software across mobile, backend and cloud.
• Experience with Java, Spring and API design in cloud-native contexts.
• Familiar with AI tooling in software development and regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture designs across mobile, backend and cloud, with integration as a first-class concern.
• Write technical designs, architecture decision records, and C4 models for teams to build from.
• Lead with design clarity and mentor the team, balancing speed and risk in a regulated setting.
