Roche is seeking an Android Expert to lead development of mobile components, translating UX and client needs into technical solutions. You will work on the One Design System for Android across Roche products and contribute to architecture decisions, with a focus on scalable, accessible UI.

The role offers location in Vienna or Sant Cugat (near Barcelona), and involves collaboration with design, development, and usability teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Formación

• Android Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Git.
• Experience with Material Design 3 and Design Systems for mobile.
• Ability to build reusable, testable UI components and write tests.
• Experience implementing accessibility (A11y) in Jetpack Compose.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop and maintain design system components and interaction patterns for mobile.
• Write clean, testable, scalable code and review others' work.
• Maintain code quality with automated tests, code reviews, and CI pipelines.
• Provide technical assessment of mobile components and ensure customer-centric design.
• Contribute to mobile architecture decisions aligned with platform strategy.
