Busuu in Madrid is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social across B2C and B2B, building a creator-led content pillar anchored on long-form video. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop a scalable, data-driven approach that drives growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and a passion for language learning. The role offers a hybrid work model and collaboration with production partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running organic social for a brand with a global audience.
• A portfolio of content you personally created with outcomes.
• Strong short- and long-form video instincts; ability to brief editors.
• Comfortable on camera; confident presenting when needed.
• Analytical; able to design tests and interrogate data.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple shoots/partners.
• Experience with creator/influencer partnerships; Paid social experience desired.
• Genuine interest in language learning and edtech audience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across B2C and B2B, tailoring to each audience.
• Manage content calendar; blend edutainment, storytelling and product moments.
• Collaborate with SEO to build evergreen assets for search and AI tools.
• Work with Performance Marketing on spend decisions informed by data.
• Build creator-led content engine: long-form anchor, short-form cuts, and edits.
• Direct on-camera talent and liaise with Creative for assets.
