Job summary

IQVIA Biotech in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Associate to support start-up contracting for sponsors across Spain, Portugal and Greece, with homebased assignments.

You will develop investigator grant estimates, maintain templates, coordinate with sponsors and RSU regions, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory standards.

A life sciences degree and 6+ years in contract negotiation are required, with strong writing and communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health care.
• +6 years relevant experience including demonstrable contract negotiation experience.
• Sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience.
• Good negotiating and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and strong teamwork.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and knowledge of drug development process.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SOPs and corporate standards.
• Good organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract and budget templates and contracting systems for sponsors and studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regions and countries to deliver project scope on time and within budget.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for study initiation and maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in creating/reviewing core scientific and administrative documentation.
• Contribute to contracting intelligence and reporting of performance metrics.
• Ensure CTMS and other internal systems are accurately updated.
