Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science required or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in contracts/reports analysis is preferred.
• Pharma compliance knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• HCP Contracting and Grants Management using templates.
• Communicate with HCPs, obtain signatures, answer questions.
• Provide status updates to management and clients on requests.
• Ensure delivered work meets quality standards and policies.
• Format and organize data using Access, Excel, etc.
• Identify data errors and advise on corrective actions.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Reps for clarity.
• Analyze errors and recovery methods for data integrity.
