IQVIA is seeking a strategic Site Activation leader to oversee direct site management for a defined region, including Madrid. You will direct staff, shape resources, and align operations with senior management priorities.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, manage recruitment and onboarding, and ensure delivery targets and quality standards across regions while mentoring managers and optimizing budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
• 10 years of clinical trials experience, including 6 years in leadership.
• Solid understanding of the drug development process.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Budget management and resourcing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to coordinate and manage new processes independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff according to policies; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance and guide professional development.
• Recruitment and onboarding across roles with senior management.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals for Site Activation operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for Site Activation.
• Coach and mentor managers to develop their roles.
• Communicate Site Activation offerings to internal and external customers.
