IQVIA is seeking a senior Site Activation leader to direct operations for a defined region. You will allocate resources, set strategic goals, and drive initiatives across regions with senior management alignment.

The role emphasizes planning, staffing, budgeting, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate has 10 years in clinical trials with at least 6 years in leadership, strong knowledge of GM/ICH guidelines, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related science field is preferred.
• 10 years of clinical trials experience with 6 years in a leadership role is desirable.
• Familiar with GCP/ICH, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Direct staff using company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site activation and regional strategic initiatives.
• Ensure delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations and budget targets.
• Coordinate recruitment targets and onboarding with senior leadership.
• Coach managers to develop in their roles and improve project outcomes.
