IQVIA in Spain is seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to oversee development, review, and rollout of informed consent forms across multiple studies and countries. You will partner with global and country teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The role requires a life sciences degree, at least one year of Site Activation experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. This hybrid position offers exposure to diverse therapeutic areas and global projects within

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 1+ years’ experience as Site Activation Specialist.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.
• Review, track and follow up the progress, the approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.
