Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking a Services Infrastructure Manager for Madrid. The role combines technology strategy with hands-on leadership, overseeing databases, applications, and automation across a geographically distributed team.

You will implement the operating model and technical strategy aligned with SLT, focusing on performance, security, and reliability. You’ll turn strategy into actionable plans, drive automation initiatives, and identify skill gaps to strengthen the global

Formación

• Significant experience managing enterprise database and application environments.
• Proven track record leading geographically distributed technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server, including resilience, performance and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on automation experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Experience with identity and authentication platforms.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL-style Incident, Problem and Change processes.
• Strong grasp of application and database security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a distributed group of SMEs and engineers across regions; set standards and grow talent.
• Oversee databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server; ensure availability, performance and security.
• Manage applications and internal tools (Mattermost, Confluence, Jira, Keycloak, Password Manager Professional, HaloPSA).
• Drive automation via Ansible and Terraform to reduce manual work and drift.
• Lead major incident responses and implement post-incident improvements.
• Collaborate with InfoSec; keep systems audit-ready and secure.
• Shape the platform roadmap: lifecycle, capacity, vendor management, and budget.
