Job summary

ALDIA recherche un consultant senior ServiceNow pour piloter un projet international axé sur l'administration, Discovery, Service Mapping et CMDB. Poste en sous-traitance avec gestion d'incidents, changements et intégrations REST.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 4 ans d'expérience en ServiceNow, maîtrise JavaScript et API, et sait concevoir des workflows et des catalogues personnalisés.

Qualifications

• 4 années d'expérience minimum en ServiceNow ou domaine associé.
• Administration ServiceNow et Discovery exigées.
• Compétences en JavaScript, API et intégrations REST.

Responsibilities

• Gestion des utilisateurs, groupes, rôles et permissions.
• Gestion ACL, SLA et règles d'affectation.
• Conception et maintenance de catalogues de services personnalisés.
• Gestion des incidents, des changements et des defects.
• Développement d'intégrations ServiceNow via REST et scripts client/sUI.
