Miravia, based in Madrid, seeks a data-driven seller management senior specialist to join our Seller Engagement and Incubation team. You will analyze marketplace performance data and design targeted training to help Spanish sellers grow on Miravia.

This hybrid role bridges data analytics, content creation and live instruction, with opportunities to leverage Alibaba AI tools to improve engagement and program outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, mandatory.
• Native Spanish preferred.
• 4 years in seller education, customer success, data analysis, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze multi-dimensional seller data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Design and deliver training programs in Spanish for varying seller maturity levels.
• Leverage Alibaba AI tools to improve seller engagement efficiency and outcomes.
