Adecco is seeking a Seller Education & Data Analyst to join an international e-commerce client. You will bridge data insights with seller education, delivering training, coaching and data-driven recommendations to improve seller performance. Immediate start is available.

Responsibilities include data analysis and insights, training program development, and webinar delivery in Spanish, plus one-to-one coaching. You will build reports and measure outcomes to drive seller growth.

At Adecco, we are currently looking for a Seller Education & Data Analyst to join one of our international clients in the e-commerce sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven and people-oriented professional who is passionate about analytics, training, and seller development, and is available for an immediate start.

In this role, you will act as the link between data insights and seller education, helping marketplace sellers improve their performance through training, coaching, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights (30%)

• Analyze seller performance data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key marketplace metrics such as listing quality, conversion rates, catalog health, campaign participation, and advertising performance.
• Track learning engagement metrics, including course completion rates and feedback scores.
• Build reports and dashboards to measure seller progress and program effectiveness.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive seller success.

Training Program Development (30%)

• Design and develop training programs tailored to different seller maturity levels.
• Create engaging educational materials and learning resources.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and business results.
• Support the development of scalable learning initiatives across the seller community.

Webinar Delivery & Seller Coaching (40%)

• Deliver live webinars in Spanish (2-3 sessions per week) to audiences of 50-200+ participants.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions and provide practical guidance to sellers.
• Create engaging learning experiences through workshops and community initiatives.
• Provide one-to-one coaching to selected sellers based on identified growth opportunities.
• Measure training success through attendance, engagement, and seller performance outcomes.

Requirements

Languages & Communication

• Native Spanish (Castilian) speaker.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging educational content.

Analytical Skills

• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and generate meaningful insights.
• Experience transforming quantitative findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Customer Success
• Data Analysis
• Digital Marketing
• E-commerce Operations
• Marketplace Operations
• Experience designing and delivering webinars, workshops, or training programs.
• Experience working with online marketplaces is highly desirable.

Personal Profile

• Fast learner with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital business.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace ecosystems.
• Knowledge of digital advertising concepts (SEM, social ads, retargeting, etc.).
• Background in education, instructional design, or adult learning methodologies.
• Understanding of cross-border e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
• Portfolio of training materials, webinars, or educational content.
