Job summary

RavenPack is hiring a Senior Security Administrator to own core security processes and drive risk reduction. You will lead investigations, enhance threat detection, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with IT, Cloud, Engineering and Product teams.

The role requires hands-on security experience, scripting skills, and strong English communication in a hybrid work setting with offices in Marbella and Madrid.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in security operations or related roles.
• Hands-on with EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning and WAFs.
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud and network security, Python/Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Run vulnerability management across assigned systems from scanning to fixes.
• Lead investigations and post-incident reviews with proper follow-up actions.
• Tune detections, firewall controls to improve signal quality.
• Collaborate with IT, Cloud, Engineering and Product teams to deliver fixes.
• Automate routine work for identity, ticketing and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports for team and stakeholders.
• Support compliance and audit activities for owned controls.
• Mentor junior Security Administrators.
