Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on Google Ads management (P Max, Shopping, Search)
• Experience with e-commerce or retail ads preferred
• Familiarity with Merchant Center feeds and feed tools like Channable/Productsup
• Proficient in GA, Google Ads Editor; BI tools like Looker Studio/Tableau
• SQL knowledge an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Interest in ad tech innovations, automation, and AI
• Clear communication across markets and teams
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Shopping performance for multiple European markets.
• Collaborate with market teams to identify opportunities and define growth strategies.
• Design experiments and test strategies for new categories and products.
• Create scalable account structures, playbooks, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate category rollouts and share best practices across portfolios.
• Develop actionable performance reports for supply teams and brand partners.
• Ensure continuity by documenting processes and covering colleagues' accounts.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks across markets.
• Contribute to the testing roadmap and explore new ad formats and tools.
• Partner with Google and Microsoft teams to explore beta programmes.
